Robin Tong Managing Director
With over 15 years’ experience within the recruitment industry he is a founder member of MET recruitment overseeing all aspects of the company. Robin has a vast experience in Recruitment and business management.
Matthew Hunter Industrial Director
Matthew heads up the Industrial team and oversees the day to day running of all temporary workers in our Industrial sector. Joining the company in 2011, he then became a company director in 2015. He has over nine years’ experience in recruitment, dealing in various sectors, such as: IT, Industrial, Commercial and driving sectors
Adam Wheeler Industrial Consultant – Dudley Branch
Having joined in 2014, completing an apprenticeship with MET and working on our admin team he has shown signs that he would make an excellent consultant. He progressed to the role of a resourcer helping the industrial team in many different aspects and is now quickly working towards becoming an Industrial Consultant.
Harry Wootton Trainee Industrial Consultant – Dudley Branch
Harry joined the industrial team having started in September 2018. This is Harry’s first full time job after finishing 3 years at Worcester University, where he studied Business & Marketing. Harry has settled into the team seamlessly and is already proving to be an excellent addition to the team.
Kate Silk Trainee Industrial Consultant – Dudley Branch
Kate is the latest member to join the Dudley Industrial Team joining the team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work alongside Sam, Adam and Harry having started in November 2018. Previous to joining MET she had spent a number of years at Costa Coffee working as an Assistant Manager.
Shannon Gardner Industrial Consultant – Wolverhampton Branch
Shannon joined the Wolverhampton Industrial team in December 2018. She brings a strong background in Industrial recruitment with her. Since joining, Shannon has helped continue the excellent level of service to the large number of companies already with MET and also adding more to our growing portfolio.

Nella Share Commercial Director
Nella has worked within both the temporary and permanent commercial sectors for over 15 years, working for some of the largest high street agencies in the process. She joined MET in October 2014 to head up a new division and has gone from strength to strength, evolving from a team of two up to a team of five.
Stella Wakeham Senior Skilled & Technical Consultant – Wolverhampton Branch
Having already forged a career in recruitment, working for two very successful high street agencies, Stella joined MET in June 2015 and quickly became an important member of the commercial team. Demonstrating drive and a passion for succeeding targets and expectations.
Hannah Mountford Senior Commercial Consultant – Dudley Branch
Hannah had a successful track record working within recruitment and sales before making the switch to MET in late 2015. She currently works on our Permanent department, since joining Hannah has developed existing clients and brought new businesses on board by striving to give the best possible service.
Reece Neill Apprentice Resourcer – Dudley Branch
Reece joined the team May 2019 as an Apprentice Resourcer working within the Commercial Temps Division. Prior to joining MET Reece had a 6 month taster of recruitment supporting jobseekers with training and up-skilling. This gave Reece a passion for recruiting and led him to pursue a career in recruitment.
Steph Guest Commercial Consultant – Dudley Branch
Steph has recently joined the Commercial Temps Team based in Dudley and will be working alongside Chloe to support our clients and candidates with temporary vacancies. Steph’s background has been within customer service and sales, she brings with her a wealth of relationship building experience and her drive will go a long way to making her a successful consultant.
Tess Woodall Divisional Manager – Temporaries division – Dudley Branch
Tess joined the team August 2018 after having spent 14 years working for a competitor, she has joined the team to head up the temporaries division working alongside Chloe and Steph. Tess’s expertise within the temporaries field are proving to be a fantastic addition and she’s already made an impact in a short space of time.
Have Sadiku Resourcer – Permanent division – Wolverhampton Branch
Hava joined the team in August 2019 to support Hannah on the commercial, permanent division. She has a background in sales and customer service and loves meeting people. Hava is currently completing her apprenticeship in business administration.
Molly Jones Resourcer – Skilled & Technical division – Wolverhampton Branch
Molly joined the team in July 2019 to support Stella on the Skilled and Technical division. She has a good background in customer service and is currently completing her apprenticeship in business administration. She has already become a great asset to the skilled and technical division.
Salli Gage Accounts
Having joined us at a very critical time and having a very strong payroll background, Salli had to adapt and develop into the role straight away, by doing this she quickly became a valuable member of staff.
Alex Steventon Payroll Specialist – Dudley
Alex joined the team at MET in 2014 where she started out on an Apprenticeship Scheme. After completing her Apprenticeship it became apparent that Alex had forged her place within the team and had worked hard to take on extra responsibilities Her role has now developed to see her taking sole responsibility for the Payroll within the branch which is a fantastic achievement in the time period she has been with the team.
Becky Tong Admin – Dudley
Having worked in recruitment before, Becky fills in many different roles in our office. She brings her vast knowledge of customer service into the role and helps us to deliver a high level of service to both customers and candidates.

Robin: You spend your working day finding people their perfect jobs. However what would your perfect job be? Full time stay at home dad!!
Matt: What’s the most embarrassing CD in your music collection? Robson & Jerome’s self-titled debut album. There are some absolute bangers on it including up on the Roof and Daydream Believer!
Sam: You spend your working day finding people their perfect jobs. However what would your perfect job be? My dream job would be a Disney Land Character because I have always loved the Disney films growing up.
Adam: Who is better, Rob or Matt? I prefer Rob simply for the fact Matt is an Albion fan, a very negative character trait.
Nella: What was your nickname at School? Ginge.
Chloe: Who is better, Rob or Matt? Matt.
Stella: What is your office nickname? ‘The Hawk’, because I just swoop.
Hannah: If you could invite 3 famous people (past or present) to a dinner party who would be they be and why? Jack Whitehall, Nick Grimshaw and Amy Shumer.
Alex: What is your office nickname? AL.
Becky: What made you want to join to MET? As a mom of two beautiful little boys I was looking for a part time role in a friendly office environment. I now work with a lovely driven team and have the opportunity to meet new and interesting people on a daily basis.
Salli: What made you want to join to MET? The love of payroll.
Claire: If you were a Superhero, who would you be and why? Raven! Because she can teleport so i can have free Holidays
